Chef Robert Twardzik is known for his beautiful and delicious cookies and pastries. A master baker, Robert trained at the renowned Peter Kump’s in New York City, and mentored by notable chocolatier Jacques Torres. Robert’s restaurant experience includes positions in the pastry kitchens of Chanterelle and Danny Meyer’s Tabla.
More recently, Robert has had the pleasure of baking with Martha Stewart on multiple occasions including Martha Bakes and Martha’s Facebook Live segments. He was featured on “Oprah" with Caroline Roehm, The Food Network’s "Behind the Bash” with Giada DeLaurentis, and the Harumi Kurihara show on NHKTV Japan.
